Robert Henry grew up in Tucson, Arizona and studied Architectural design and Construction Management at Eastern Arizona College. Robert, his wife Donna and daughter Olivia chose to move to Spokane because of the family atmosphere and their belief that Spokane has tremendous opportunities! Robert Henry attributes the growth of the company to his determination to hire only the best, and provide clients with the best quality for their hard earned dollar!	Donna Henry My husband is extremely driven and dedicated to quality and professionalism, as a result, our business has grown tremendously. We're really fortunate to have a great team of professionals working with us! My role now is to find properties to develop. I earned my real estate license in 2005 and I now enjoy helping people find their dream homes!	Don Chapman was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Spokane 18 years ago. With 20+ years in construction, Don brings experience to the team. Don enjoys working outdoors and helping clients. On his off time, Don enjoys snowboarding, bicycling, canoeing and rollerblading with his 2 sons. Don enjoys the craftsmanship and the ability to teach here at Robert Henry Homes.
Robert McAlerney was born in Kennewick, WA and has been in Spokane for 7 years. He has worked in the construction industry for 8 years and enjoys "the fact that I get to be a part of someone's dream. I love seeing their emotions once their dream home turns into a reality." Robert enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and 3 year old son, remodeling his home, cooking, helping friends and bible study.	Nick Puryear was born in Oxnard, CA and recently moved to Spokane. He enjoys fishing, the outdoors, water sports and walks with his dog Gus. He has spent 21 years in construction and enjoys the physical work and meeting new people. He enjoys the fact he gets to work as a team, with a great team.	With experience in Engineering, Architecture and Business Management, Amy's contribution to the team is invaluable. Amy provides R&D's employees, sub-contractors and suppliers with detailed instructions for each job. Communication is they key to success for any project, there are hundreds of instructions and details that must be communicated to and from the client and and subs.
Megan Delzell was born in Southern California and moved to Spokane 4 years ago. She enjoys watching football, spending time with her fiance and son and outdoor activities. Megan enjoys helping builders realize their business dreams through internet marketing. When asked what she loved most about Robert Henry Homes, "The creativity that is not only encouraged, but fueled."	Cody Dutson moved to Spokane from San Diego, CA. Cody enjoys being outdoors, snowboarding, and music. He has spent 15 years in construction and enjoys being outdoors while he is working. He has worked with Robert Henry for many years and looks forward to many more years.	Jim Allen is Robert Henry Homes' Custom Home Designer. Jim has over 30 years experience in all phases of both residential and commercial construction . With Robert Henry Homes, you will not only see your new addition on paper, you will be able to see a lifelike three dimensional rendering right at your kitchen table, before it's even built!
Mitch Thomas was born in Forest Grove, OR and moved to Spokane 2 years ago. He enjoys fishing and coaching baseball. He enjoys working outdoors and the wide range of trades & skills found in construction. He enjoys preforming quality and professional work	Josh Shaw was born and raised in Eastern Washington. He enjoys working on cars, welding and outdoor activities. Josh enjoys working outdoors and especially enjoys driving by a home and being able to say he built it. Josh enjoys learning from the people here at Robert Henry Homes and appreciates the opportunities.	Mark Treece was born in Norwalk, WA and moved to Spokane 20 years ago. He has spent 20 years in construction and enjoys working outdoors and helping clients build their dreams. He is a farmer and enjoys spending time with his 7 children and lovely wife.
Mike Sowl is R&D's General Manager. Mike enjoys spending time with his 2 children and his wife Tina. Mike has spent more than half his life in the construction industry and has brought incredible knowledge and work ethic to R&D. Mike is a great team player and will only continue to enrich R&D's environment.	Don McAuliff Jr was born and raised in Spokane, WA and enjoys woodworking and getting out with his beautiful girls - Chloe, 4 and Liv, 1. He has spent 17 years in construction and enjoys "turning a pile of wood into something beautiful". When asked what he liked most about this company he said "with so much talent in one place, I know there's not a project we cannot handle!"	Don McAuliff Sr. was born in Blue Island, IL and has spend 46 years in Spokane. He has been in the construction industry for 38 years and enjoys going back to a home later and seeing the finished project. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, traveling and working on his home.
